We ask for a 3-4 week notice, but it never hurts to ask! The sooner the better! This helps secure your date and allows us proper prep time to secure any special cookie cutters or packaging your order may require. Please keep in mind we are currently limited to taking on 2-3 orders per week and spots fill up quickly.

Yes, we do! Preferred shipping is UPS 2-day Air. Please keep this in mind for additional time needed when placing your order.

We do our best to carefully and securely package all orders. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for any breakage during transit.

Delivery is available for a minimum $200 order and delivery fee starts at $20 plus $0.60/mile between the typical pick-up location and delivery destination. Must be within Placer County, CA area.

Our heat sealed cookies are most fresh when consumed within 14 days. They should be stored in their original heat-sealed packaging, at room temp. Never refrigerate!

Want to enjoy your cookies at a later time? No problem, they freeze great! Keep cookies sealed in original packaging. Place them in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready, do not open the container and it place on the counter for 1-2 hours to thaw before enjoying.

For all custom cookie orders, invoices will be sent out after the mock-up design is approved by you. Orders must be paid in full by the invoice date and prior to being made. Hold on to your cash. We currently accept Venmo, credit card and ACH bank transfers on invoices. Credit card and Apple Pay are available on all purchases made through the website.

Our standard sugar cookie flavor is Lemon Vanilla Bean. Other yummy flavors include Ube, Matcha Latte, Triple Chocolate, Churro and Vegan Vanilla. These additional flavors are subject to an additional fee as noted on our Order Form.

All cookies are individually packaged in clear heat-sealed bags to maintain max-freshness at no additional cost to you. We also offer ribbon-tied bags for an additional $10/dozen or individual boxes for $3/cookie.

Due to the nature of being a home bakery, there is always a possibility of exposure to nuts or other top allergens. While we do our best to maintain high kitchen standards, I cannot guarantee risk from exposure.

All cookies are labelled with ingredients per Cottage Food Law. Each flavor is different, and all bases contain flour, butter , eggs and sugar (with the exception of vegan). Please note that most of my recipes also contain honey which is not suitable for consumption for anyone under 1 year old.

Yes, we do! There are additional charges for vegan cookies as we use organic sugars to ensure they are vegan. Please note that all goods are produced in the same kitchen, therefore not completely free from potential allergen exposure.

A Cottage Food Operation License allows us to produce our cookies from our home bakery. Please note that because this is a home bakery, we are not free from allergen exposure.

All sales are final as our products are all handmade and perishable. However, if for some reason you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made before the order has been prepared and 14 days prior to agreed pick-up or ship-by date. After that time period, refunds will not be provided.
