Hi! My name is Chanel, and I am the founder of Dough-mo Mama Cookie Co. LLC, formerly Hapa Mama Cookie Co. LLC.

My love for baking began back in 2006, when I was in college, finding any way possible to procrastinate writing papers or studying for finals. My roommates could always count on some baked treats during those stressful times.

Fast forward to today, after making cookies for my kids and family, my little cookie company was born as a way for me to do something I was passionate about while also being able to still take care of my 2 toddlers. I’m a full-time mama by day and baker by night.

The “Dough-mo” in Dough-mo Mama is a play on the Japanese slang word “domo” which means “thanks” or “hello”. So domo for stopping by!
